This collaboration between Soma and Garage Beer Co delivers an explosive aromatic profile driven by heavy additions of Nelson Sauvin and Citra. The use of concentrated Nelson CGX and Citra Cryo enhances the sensory experience, offering high-intensity notes of crushed white wine grapes, gooseberry, and vibrant passion fruit typical of the New Zealand variety. These are complemented by the bright citrus peel and tropical mango layers of the American hops. While this Double IPA presents a powerful hop-forward intensity, it maintains a clean, neutral malt backbone that ensures the complex fruit character remains the focal point, finishing with a firm bitterness and a remarkably smooth, dry profile.
