This Double IPA collaboration presents a vibrant sensory tapestry woven with a heavy hand of Southern Hemisphere and classic American hops. The aromatic profile is dominated by the distinctive white grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin, complemented by the pungent citrus and diesel-like edges of Riwaka. Citra and Mosaic Cryo amplify the intensity with layers of ripe tropical mango, blueberries, and resinous pine. On the palate, a clean, neutral malt base allows these hop expressions to shine against a firm, well-integrated bitterness. At 8% ABV, a smooth alcohol warmth supports the dry, lingering finish, defining a modern, punchy profile.
