This American IPA is a vivid showcase of Southern Hemisphere terroir, characterized by an intense and complex bouquet of New Zealand hop varieties. Kohatu and Moutere contribute layers of tropical stone fruit and resinous pine, while the distinct presence of Nelson introduces sophisticated notes of crushed gooseberry and white wine. Motueka punctuates the profile with a bright, zesty lime finish. Despite its potent 8% ABV, the beer maintains a clean fermentation profile and a dry, drinkable finish. The light, grainy malt backbone provides just enough support to allow the multifaceted fruit and resin characters to take center stage.
