Soma / Finback Boreal

This Double IPA collaboration between Soma and Finback delivers an olfactory explosion led by a unique Superdelic, Citra, and HBC 630 hop blend. The sensory experience is defined by an intense aromatic profile of red berries, candy-like sweetness, and bright citrus. On the palate, Citra brings its signature grapefruit and lime, while HBC 630 provides complex notes of raspberry and stone fruit, supported by the tropical punch of Superdelic. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a clean, neutral malt backbone and a firm, lingering bitterness that cleanses the palate, finishing dry and vibrantly fruity.
