Soma / Dougall’s Handshake

This Hazy IPA collaboration showcases a luminous, sun-kissed yellow appearance, radiating the vibrant sensory character of modern tropical hops. The aromatic profile is led by a potent blend of Wai-iti, Citra, and Mosaic, weaving together a complex tapestry of stone fruit, lime zest, and ripe mango. A soft, grainy malt foundation provides a neutral canvas, allowing the juicy hop notes to take center stage. On the palate, the Mosaic-driven berry notes and Citra’s bright grapefruit are rounded out by a nectar-like sweetness from the Wai-iti. A pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness ensure a lush, hop-saturated finish that remains exceptionally drinkable.
