This Double IPA is a vibrant showcase of New Zealand terroir, driven by a potent trio of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Rakau hops. The sensory profile opens with intense aromas of crushed white grapes and gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin, complemented by the distinctive lime zest and mojito-like brightness of Motueka. Layers of ripe apricot and stone fruit emerge via the Rakau, supported by a clean, minimalist malt backbone. On the palate, a firm but smooth bitterness balances the lush tropical and citrus flavors, finishing dry with a lingering resinous quality. At 8% ABV, it delivers a well-integrated warmth that enhances its bold, modern hop character.
