This collaborative wild ale pours a hazy, glowing raspberry-pink, inviting the senses with an intense bouquet of wild Brettanomyces funk and freshly picked red raspberries. Fermented entirely with Brettanomyces and completely devoid of hops, the nose is defined by rustic barnyard leather, earthy damp soil, and tropical fruit esters seamlessly intertwined with bright, jammy berry notes. The palate is strikingly dry and refreshingly tart, bursting with lactic acidity and authentic, unsweetened raspberry flavor.
