Underpinning this vibrant fruitiness, Simcoe contributes contrasting notes of damp pine needles and a subtle, grounding earthiness. Despite its robust eight percent alcohol strength, the beer maintains a remarkable balance, walking the tightrope between a soft, supportive malt sweetness and a clean, firm bitterness.
