Ruben’s / Dougall’s Molinator

This Hoppy Lager, a collaboration between Ruben’s and Dougall’s, presents a modern, vibrant take on the German Pils. Following six weeks of cold lagering, the beer is exceptionally transparent and clean. The aromatic profile is dominated by a purposeful dry hopping of Chinook, yielding resinous pine and grapefruit notes, while Warrior provides a firm, clean bitterness. Beneath the hops, a delicate thread of doughy malt offers a crisp foundation. It is a refreshing, highly attenuated lager that balances traditional European precision with bold American hop character, resulting in a bright and punchy finish that remains sophisticated and drinkable.
