This American IPA presents a sharp, refreshing profile led by the resinous and citrusy character of Simcoe hops. A bright lemon addition amplifies the hop-derived citrus, while a subtle touch of salt provides a crisp, electrolyte-inspired edge. The grist of Pilsner malt and oats creates a smooth, lean backbone that highlights the hop intensity without adding heavy sweetness.
