This Double IPA delivers a sensory blast driven by a massive hop profile. Vibrant tropical aromas of ripe pineapple and sweet melon stem from the heavy use of Galaxy and Citra hops, while Mosaic hops contribute a complex layer of slightly resinous pine and fresh-cut grass. Underpinned by a clean, neutral malt backbone, the palate bursts with bright orange and tropical fruit notes. It balances its assertive bitterness with a smooth, warming alcohol presence, finishing moderately dry with a lingering grassy and fruity resonance that invites the next sip.
