Bright citrus bursts from the Citra hops, blending seamlessly with the distinctive white wine, gooseberry, and crushed grape notes of Nelson Sauvin. Underneath, HBC 522 adds a complex layer of resinous pine and subtle stone fruit. It pours brilliantly clear with a pale gold hue, leading to a crisp, bone-dry palate. The assertive bitterness is clean and refreshing, supported by a lean, unobtrusive malt backbone that lets the bold, modern hop character command the spotlight from start to finish.
