This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between PINTA and Basqueland, delivers an immersive tropical profile anchored by an expressive hop blend. The addition of spelled flakes provides a distinctive cereal-like fullness and a soft, pillowy foundation for the fruit character. Aromatically, the Nelson Sauvin™ delivers elegant notes of white grape and crushed berries, while Galaxy® and Enigma® contribute intense passionfruit, melon, and red currant highlights. HBC 586 rounds out the profile with deep mango and stone fruit nuances. On the palate, the beer is juicy and vibrant, balancing a restrained bitterness with a lush, fruit-forward complexity that finishes smooth and slightly off-dry.
