Península Summer Somewhere

Summer Somewhere is a vibrant Gose designed to evoke coastal relaxation through a refreshing blend of lime and ginger. This bright yellow ale displays a characteristic haze and a lively effervescence that carries sharp aromas of fresh lime zest and spicy, earthy ginger. On the palate, a foundation of doughy wheat malt is balanced by a clean lactic sourness and a distinct mineral salt finish. The addition of ginger provides a subtle, warming tingle that complements the citrus, resulting in a complex, thirst-quenching profile reminiscent of herbal citrus sodas like Chinotto. It is exceptionally light and balanced for its 5% ABV.
