This collaboration Double IPA showcases a modern, hazy profile defined by a lush, tropical fruit-forward hop intensity. The inclusion of El Dorado and Strata hops provides a saturated core of pineapple, ripe passion fruit, and subtle hints of strawberry. Huell Melon adds a delicate layer of honeydew and summer melon to the top notes, brightening the aromatic profile. At 8% ABV, the beer maintains a soft, pillowy texture that carries the massive hop load without harshness. A supportive, neutral malt base ensures the focus remains on the vibrant, resinous, and berry-tinged finish typical of a high-gravity hazy offering.
