Pistero, a collaboration between Oso Brew Co and Outer Range, is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of fresh powder with its silky, opaque pour. The hop profile is driven by a complex blend of Strata and Mosaic, yielding deep notes of succulent peach and tropical passion fruit. Motueka and Riwaka contribute a bright, zesty lime lift, cutting through the smooth, pillowy texture. Expect an intense aromatic burst of stone fruit and citrus over a neutral, bready malt base. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a lingering, juicy fruit character that remains remarkably fluid and drinkable at 7% ABV.
