This Double IPA is an olfactory explosion, driven by a complex blend of Citra, Sabro, Nectaron, Pacific Sunrise, and Nelson Sauvin. The addition of lactose and oats transforms the traditional bitterness of the style into a silky, lush experience. Intensely tropical, the aroma leads with notes of passion fruit, peach, and a distinct coconut edge from the Sabro. On the palate, the Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin provide layers of stone fruit and white wine grape, while the Pacific Sunrise contributes a bright citrus lift. The finish is remarkably smooth for its 8.4% ABV, balancing resinous hop depth with a creamy, lingering sweetness.
