Oso Brew / Soma Empty Orchestra

Empty Orchestra is a harmonic Hazy IPA collaboration between Oso and Soma, delivering a symphonic tropical experience. The prominent use of Citra and Simcoe hops produces an intense bouquet of mango and passion fruit, while Centennial and Cascade add layers of bright grapefruit and floral depth. Fermented with Verdant yeast, the beer exhibits signature apricot and stone fruit esters that perfectly complement the hop-derived juice character. This expression is defined by its signature silky and chewy mouthfeel, which carries the hop oils across the palate without harshness, finishing with a soft, rounded bitterness and a clean, bready malt base.
