Octavo Arte Pirulo

This New Zealand Pilsner is a vibrant, hop-forward collaboration between Octavo Arte and Nebula Brewing Co. It pours a brilliant yellow-gold with a resilient, creamy white foam. The aromatic profile is dominated by the expressive New Zealand hops, Motueka and Superdelic, which provide an inviting bouquet of lime zest, white grapefruit, and luscious tropical red fruit. A clean, bready malt backbone supports the hop intensity without overshadowing it. On the palate, a crisp, moderate bitterness leads into flavors of gooseberry and honeydew melon, finishing remarkably dry and refreshing. With its medium-light body and smooth carbonation, it perfectly balances modern hop character with traditional lager drinkability.
