This Hazy IPA, a collaboration with Pyrene, delivers a lush and tropical sensory experience defined by its bold hop profile and 8% ABV strength. The intensive dry-hopping of Mosaic, Sabro, Citra, and Amarillo creates a saturated aromatic profile of ripe mango, crushed pineapple, and a distinct creamy coconut note. On the palate, the interplay of these hops yields a dense 'juicy' character with a soft, pillowy texture. A subtle, sweet malt backbone supports the high hop load, while the Citra and Amarillo additions provide a necessary citrus zest to balance the 'dulzón' or sweet-leaning finish typical of this indulgent style.
