Naparbier Hypnotic is a commanding Double IPA that showcases an intricate hop landscape against a crisp, lean grain bill. Using a base of Pilsner and Dextrin malts, the profile remains exceptionally clean, allowing the high-intensity dry-hopping to lead. Distinctive layers of tropical fruit and berry from Mosaic collide with the resinous pine of Chinook and the bright citrus of Centennial and Amarillo. Subtle spicy and floral nuances from Topaz and Ahtanum add depth. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a dry, bitter finish and a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence that avoids any harshness.
