This Italian Pilsner collaboration between Naparbier and Birrificio Lambrate evolves the traditional German Pils through an expressive dry-hopping technique. The sensory profile is led by a vibrant, hop-forward character where the traditional herbal and spicy notes of Tettnanger and Perle hops are amplified. While the base is built on clean, cracker-like Pilsner malt, the hop intensity purposefully overlaps the grain, creating a modern, refreshing balance.
