Naparbier / Alvarado Street Train Shakes

This collaboration between Naparbier and Alvarado Street is an indulgent Double IPA that leads with a vibrant burst of tropical intensity. Generous additions of mango and passion fruit meld seamlessly with the stone fruit and citrus aromatics provided by Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops. A base of Pilsner malt, supplemented by oat malt and oat flakes, provides a soft, pillowy texture that is further enhanced by the creamy residual sweetness of lactose. The result is a lush, nectar-like experience where the bold bitterness typical of the style is softened by a velvety mouthfeel and a persistent, fruity finish.
