Montseny Negra is a rustic interpretation of an Irish Stout, distinguished by a complex four-cereal grist of barley, wheat, oats, and rye. This unfiltered ale showcases a robust roasted profile driven by a sophisticated blend of Chocolate, Coffee, and Black malts, yielding deep notes of unsweetened cocoa and roasted beans. The addition of Northern Brewer and Fuggles hops provides a firm, earthy counterpoint to the malty depth. While the rye adds a faint spicy wisp, the oats and wheat contribute a silky, nourishing texture that softens the characteristic roasted char, leading to a classic, bone-dry finish.
