Montseny / Amager IPL

This India Pale Lager, a collaboration between Montseny and Amager, bridges the gap between clean lager precision and bold American hopping. Cold, slow fermentation yields a crisp, light-bodied profile that highlights the vibrant citrus and pine notes of Centennial and Chinook hops. While it retains the elegant, cracker-like malt base of a German Pils, the finish is significantly more bitter and hop-forward. The result is a refreshing, highly drinkable beer that marries the aggressive hop character of an IPA with the brilliant clarity and clean finish of a classic lager.
