This Imperial Stout is a decadent, dessert-inspired collaboration between Moersleutel and Basqueland, designed to evoke the caramelized, creamy profile of a Basque cheesecake. The sensory experience is anchored by a luxurious triple-chocolate blend and smooth vanilla, which intertwine with notes of burnt syrup and deeply roasted malts. High-intensity layers of bittersweet cocoa and dark caramel provide a rich foundation for the vanilla's aromatic sweetness. While the base offers the classic robust roast and dark fruit nuances of a traditional Imperial Stout, the focus remains on its velvety, culinary complexity and the warming, integrated strength of its 11% ABV.
