Legado de Yuste is a refined Spanish interpretation of a Vienna Lager, drawing inspiration from Flemish Abbey traditions. It pours a striking bronze with a persistent, lightly toasted head. The sensory profile is defined by a rich, bready malt foundation featuring prominent notes of caramel and toasted grain. Although it maintains a clean lager fermentation, subtle fruity esters and an elevated strength of 6.5% ABV provide a rounded, complex character. The initial impression is one of soft malt sweetness, which is deftly balanced by a moderate hop bitterness and a surprisingly crisp, dry finish, reflecting a sophisticated balance of heritage and drinkability.
