Aged in wood foudres with fresh paraguayas from Tarragona, it presents a complex profile driven by spontaneous secondary fermentation. The sensory journey is led by nectar-like paraguaya peach notes, which blend seamlessly with a crisp lactic acidity and subtle wood tannins. A soft, grainy malt backbone supports the tartness, while "aromas de campo" provide a wild, earthy depth. Refreshing and highly attenuated, it finishes remarkably dry, leaving a lingering impression of sun-ripened fruit and refined fermentation character.
