Inspired by the historic maritime voyage around the Cape of Good Hope, this American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience focused on freshness. The aromatic profile is led by the punchy citrus and tropical fruit notes of Citra, layered over the classic grapefruit and floral spice of Cascade hops. A lean, pale malt backbone provides just enough support to let the hops shine without adding heavy sweetness. Crisp and well-attenuated, the beer finishes with a clean, assertive bitterness and a lingering resinous character.
