This vibrant West Coast IPA delivers an intense, modern hop profile driven by a heavy double dry-hopping. On the nose and palate, Strata hops unleash pungent tropical notes of passion fruit and bright strawberry, while Idaho 7 contributes deep pine needle resin and ripe tangerine. Centennial hops round out the profile with a classic, clean grapefruit and floral backnote. Crisp, pale malts provide a dry, clean canvas that allows the bold bitterness and complex fruit-forward, dank oils to take center stage, finishing remarkably dry and refreshing with a lingering, clean resinous bite.
