This West Coast Session IPA delivers a punchy sensory experience, focusing on a vibrant hop trio of Galaxy, Citra, and Ekuanot. The aroma is high-intensity, bursting with passionfruit, citrus zest, and a touch of resinous pine. Pouring a clear, pale gold with a persistent white head, it leads with a sharp, old-school bitterness and a crisp, lean malt profile. The palate is dominated by grapefruit and tropical fruit notes, following through to a remarkably dry and clean finish. Despite its lower strength, it retains the assertive, hop-forward character and refreshing drinkability of a classic American IPA.
