This Double IPA, a collaborative effort with Other Half, delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by intense New World hop character. The aroma is a concentrated burst of tropical fruit, resinous pine, and bright citrus, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone. On the palate, an assertive bitterness provides structure without harshness, allowing layers of mango, grapefruit, and stone fruit to shine. Despite its strength at 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a medium body and a crisp, dry finish.
