This collaborative Specialty IPA strikes a sophisticated balance between the midnight-hued aesthetics of a Black IPA and the velvety, juice-forward soul of a New England IPA. High-intensity aromatics of tropical mango and blueberry from Mosaic and Citra hops lead the profile, complemented by the delicate floral and stone fruit nuances of Lolita hops. The inclusion of Extra Pale malt and a generous portion of Jumbo oats produces a pillowy, creamy mouthfeel that carries vibrant fruit flavors over a restrained, de-bittered roast foundation from Carafa Special III. The result is a smooth, modern hybrid where dark malt elegance meets lush hop saturation.
