Presented as a Saison but adhering to the sensory profile of an Ordinary Bitter, this collaboration utilizes estate malts and hops from the Full Circle Beer Project. It exhibits a brilliant pale copper color with a fine white head. The aroma features moderate bready and biscuity malt, accented by light caramel and earthy, floral hop notes. On the palate, a firm bitterness leads into a dry, clean finish. While named for the Belgian tradition, the flavor profile remains focused on British-style drinkability, with the 5% ABV providing a slightly more substantial presence than typical session-strength bitters.
