A collaborative Hazy IPA that delivers an explosive sensory experience, merging a massive 100kg addition of passion fruit with the vibrant character of Citra and Chinook hops. The aroma is dominated by the sharp, tropical tang of passion fruit, supported by the citrus zest of Citra and a subtle resinous pine finish from the Chinook. On the palate, the beer is intensely juicy, offering a lush profile of mango, grapefruit, and tart fruit. The mouthfeel is signature to the style—soft, pillowy, and smooth—providing a creamy foundation that carries the fruit-forward intensity through a gentle, off-dry finish without any harsh bitterness.
