This Double Dry-Hopped New England IPA, brewed in collaboration with Garage Beer Co., delivers a sensational blast of citrus and tropical fruit. Carefully selected Crosby Hops—specifically Amarillo, Mosaic, and El Dorado—take center stage, creating an intense, juice-like sensory experience. The substantial addition of oats in the grist lends a beautifully opaque, hazy appearance and a velvety, pillowy mouthfeel. On the palate, vibrant layers of mango, passion fruit, and bright tangerine dominate, supported by a soft, bready malt background. A restrained bitterness ensures the luscious, fruit-forward hop character shines cleanly through to a smooth, off-dry finish.
