This collaborative Double IPA showcases the unique influence of Teff, an ancient Ethiopian grain that imparts a distinctively soft, honey-like character to the malt base. At 8% ABV, the beer presents a hazy profile bursting with New World hop aromatics, specifically bright orange, fresh-cut grass, and resinous pine. The palate is defined by a bold grapefruit-like bitterness that cuts through the subtle sweetness of the grain.
