This luxurious Imperial Stout pours a striking jet black, immediately releasing an opulent bouquet of rich, dark cocoa and sweet marshmallow root. Developed as a collaboration, it intertwines intense roasted malts with a distinctively smooth, confectionery sweetness reminiscent of toasted marshmallow, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Undertones of dark dried fruits, including raisins and figs, weave through a deeply warming alcohol presence. Velvet-smooth on the palate, the interplay of bitter cacao and earthy, sweet marshmallow root provides an extraordinarily complex, warming, and harmonious dessert-like profile, finishing with a balanced, roasty depth.
