Estamos absolutamente encantados de poder anunciar el regreso de Ziplocked para la edición de 2024. Las leyendas de Double R Hop Ranches, a través de YCH, nos han suministrado una vez más lúpulos Citra especialmente seleccionados para este lanzamiento anual especial. Nos hemos mantenido fieles a la receta del año pasado y hemos dejado que el lúpulo hable por nosotros. Hemos llevado nuestra maceración al límite utilizando cantidades elevadas de copos de trigo y avena para crear una cerveza base cremosa y sedosa. Encima de esto hemos puesto un montón de Citra en el WP y luego tirado nuestras reglas IPA por la ventana para secar el lúpulo con cantidades enormes de este gran lúpulo. Algunas de las notas son de maracuyá, pomelo rosa, marihuana y frutas con hueso. Esto es zumo.

We are absolutely delighted to be able to announce the return of Ziplocked for the 2024 edition. The legends at Double R Hop Ranches, via YCH, have once again supplied us with specially selected Citra hops that go into this special annual release. We have stayed true to last years recipe and just let the hops do the talking. Pushing our mash tun to the limit using dangerous amounts of flaked wheat and oats to conjure up a creamy, silky base beer. On top of this we have layered loads of Citra in the WP and then pushed our IPA rules out the window to dry hop this with monstrous amounts of this great hop. Expect huge citrus bouquet complimented by some passion fruit, pink grapefruit, marijuana and stone fruit notes. This is Juice.
