UNIVERSITAT, nuestra IPA DEL BARRIO, junta a dos amigos que juntos lo petan. Una IPA hazy con un amargor suave pero presente, hecha para beber de a pintas, ideal para aquellos que quieren un golpe lupular a la vez que un caracter maltoso. Mosaic y Strata son los protagonistas, dándonos el toque a mango, pomelo, pino y marihuana. Para empujar el toque a biscocho en la malta, la basamos en malta Maris Otter con un montón de Avena y trigo malteado para la textura.

Two friends get together in our IPA del Barrio. A super smooth yet tastefully bittered hazy beer that is made to be the go to pint for those that want that hoppy hit yet still want a satisfying malt character. Mosaic and Strata are the protagonists on the hoppy stage providing dank and sweaty mango, grapefruit, pine and marijuana notes. To give a little biscuity nudge to the malt character we built this around beautilful Maris Otter malt and then layed down loads of silky oats and fluffy wheat malt for texture.
