Conoces el aroma de esa maría pegajosa y con toques de limón? Nosotros tampoco, pero si los conocieramos THINGS SEEN IN THE SKY es como creemos que deberían oler. Para esta DIPA cogimos montones de nuestros lúpulos más “Dank”. Entre Strata, Simcoe y Columbus tenemos montón de notas a césped recién cortado, resina de pino, marihuana, pomelo rosado y un toque a chuches. Luego le agregamos el toque de piña y mango de uno de nuestros lotes de Mosaic y para terminar, le dimos un toque cítrico con un lote de Citra que nos recuerda mucho a pomelo y guayaba. Le dimos una gravedad final un pelín inferior, pero con el perfil de agua que la hace balanceada y de trago largo.

You know when you smell that really dank, sticky, lemony weed? Neither do we. But if we did, this DIPA is how we think it would smell. We’ve packed all of our dankest hops into this DIPA. Between Strata, Simcoe and Columbus we get tons of fresh cut grass, pine resin, marijuana, pink grapefruit and a touch of sweet candy. Then we layered in the sweaty, pineapple and mango of one of our lots of Mosaic before pushing a bit more citrus character with a very grapefruit and guava forward batch of Citra. With a slightly lower finishing gravity but a pumped up water profile this DIPA is round and drinkable.
