A veces, lo mejor viene en pareja y en el caso de las combinaciones de lúpulo suele ser así. Nos encanta mezclar un lúpulo moderno y jugoso con un lúpulo más retro para dar profundidad y complejidad a las grandes cervezas afrutadas. En este caso se trata de una excelente combinación de Citra y Chinook. Citra es el claro ejemplo de IPA moderna, con todas sus caracteristicas frutales y citricas, pero Chinook es una joya a menudo olvidada que siempre ha ocupado un lugar especial en nuestros corazones. Y complementa muy bien a la Citra tanto elevando las características frutales con sus propias notas peculiares pero tentadoras de piña verde y pomelo rubí como añadiendo profundidad a través de sus notas de savia de pino. Envuelta en un cuerpo turbio súper suave y pálido, esto es lo que tu zumo matutino desearía ser.

Sometimes the best things comes in pair and for hop combos it is often the case. We love blending a modern juicy hop with a more retro hop to give depth and complexity to big fruit forward beers. In this case it is a cracking combo of Citra and Chinook. Citra is the obvious poster boy of modern IPA with all of it’s in your face juicy fruit and citrus characteristics but Chinook is an oft forgotten gem that has always held a special place in our hearts. And it compliments Citra so well both by elevating the fruit characteristics with it’s own weird but enticing green pineapple and ruby grapefruit notes and by adding depth through it’s pine sap notes. Wrapped up in a super soft and pale murky body this is what your morning juice wishes it was.
