IPA - AU

Un trío de Hazys de tres regiones productoras de lúpulo con características muy distintas. Las tres IPA recibieron la misma carga de malta, con un 40% de trigo y avena, lo que les proporciona una sensación en boca rica en proteínas, suave pero densa. La IPA de lúpulo austaliano contiene Enigma, Eclipse y Vic Secret. Estos lúpulos atrevidos producen una infinidad de sabores muy húmedos, pero llenos de suaves notas de fruta madura. Enigma es un lúpulo que utilizamos a menudo en Garage, ya que nos encanta lo atrevido que es. Es un lúpulo muy fuerte que aporta frambuesa y vino blanco, además de un toque herbáceo. Combinada con Eclipse y Vic Secret, que aportan toneladas de ralladura de naranja y notas de piña, esta IPA es igualmente compleja y deliciosa.

A trio of hazys from three hop growing regions with very distinct characteristics. All three IPAs recieved the same malt bill with 40% wheat and oats giving a protein rich, soft yet dense mouthfeel. The Austalian hopped IPA features Enigma, Eclipse and Vic Secret. These bold hops produce myriad flavours that are heavily dank but full of soft overripe fruit notes. Enigma is a hop that we often use in Garage as we just love how out there it is. It’s a stinky boy that brings raspberry and white wine and no shortage of dank herbaceousness. Combined with Eclipse and Vic Secret giving tonnes of orange zest and pineapple notes, this IPA is equally complex and delicious.
