Para la celebración de este año de todas las Soup, nuestra IPA insignia, hemos reinventado una vez más esa receta, la hemos aumentado un grado en alcohol y aumentado la tasa de lupulización en seco al agregar un tercer lúpulo distintivo para darle una nueva versión a nuestro clásico. Esta versión incluye muchos de nuestros lúpulos australianos favoritos; Enigma. Como sugiere el nombre, este lúpulo es difícil de describir con precisión, pero obtenemos mucha uva blanca, frambuesa y una humedad extrañamente brillante. Superponiendo esto al súper festival de frutas tropicales que es Soup, se crea una IPA multifacética que es un cóctel de frutas que tiene una gran nota de vino blanco.

For this years celebration of all things Soup, our flagship IPA, we have once again reinvented that recipe, boosted it up a degree in alcohol and increased the dry hoppping rate by adding a third distinctive hop to give a fresh take on our classic. This version gets loads of our favourite Australian hops; Enigma. As the name suggests, this hop is hard to accurately describe but we get plenty of white grape, raspberry and a weirdly bright dankness. Superimposing this to the super tropical fruit fest that is Soup creates a multifaceted IPA that is a fruit cocktail that has a big white wine top note.
