Seguimos reimaginando birras y ahora es el turno de una favorita de siempre. Clinging to a rock llevada al terreno de las TIPAS. SOMEHOW STILL CLINGING es fiel al origen pero con una substitución en los lúpulos: Vic secret sale substituido por Galaxy. Esto aporta más cualidades de fruta de hueso y pera a una birra que ya trae toda la piel de pomelo rosado, guava y césped recién cortado que Citra nos brinda, junto a las notas florales de Loral. Este asalto lupular viene sobre una base suave no sumamente dulce pero con el cuerpo que todos buscamos en las TIPAS

Another beer reimagined and this time an all-time favourite Clinging to a Rock gets the TIPA treatment. Somehow Still Clinging is quite faithful to the old DIPA recipe with one hop substitution: Vic Secret comes out and Galaxy takes its place. This brings more of a stone fruit and pear like quality to a beer that is charged with Citras strong red grapefruit peel, guava and cut grass along with Lorals lemony, floral goodness. The hoppy assault is layered over a soft base that is not overly sweet but has all of the fluffiness one wants in a TIPA.
