Nuestra última birra en recibir el tratamiento de 100 kilos es una TIPA petada con lúpulos afrutados y tropicales, un mix de Mosaic cryo, HBC-630 Cryo y Vic Secret se unen para darle a esta TIPA notas a mango, maracuyá, piña, melocotón, banana y un toque de chuche. El año pasado usamos un poco de HBC-630 y nos encantó, asi que fuimos a tope y pillamos cryo este año para ponerlo en estas IPA’s robustas. Nos recuerda un poco a El Dorado, con sus notas a chuches lo que lo hace jugar muy bien con lúpulos más tropicales como mosaic y vic secret. Con un cuerpo super suave aguanta la carbonatacion, te parecerá pillar un helado para disfrutar al sol

Juice alert! Our latest beer to be given the 100kg treatment is a TIPA bursting with tropical fruity hops. A heady mix of Mosaic Cryo, HBC630 Cryo and Vic Secret combine to give an TIPA that is hows off strong mango, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, banana and a touch of berry like candy. Last year we recieved a small quantity of HBC630 and we were really impressed with it so went all out an bought it in Cryo form this year to push into some big IPA’s. It reminded us a bit of El Dorado with it’s candy like notes which allows it to work really well with tropical fruity hops such as Vic and Mosaic as used here. With a super soft body, and restrained carbonation this is like that tropical fruit ice cream you want to enjoy in the summer sun.
