Hemos enfocado esta IPA con un pequeño giro en mente. En el lado picante, toma prestado un poco de la Witbier belga mediante el uso de piel de naranja y cilantro para potenciar realmente los aromas de naranja. La selección del lúpulo también refleja esto, con la intención de potenciar al máximo el carácter a naranja. Dry hopped con Citra y Amarillo que aportan fuertes notas de naranja naval, mandarina y pomelo con algunos suaves aromas de frutas de hueso.

We have approached this IPA with a little twist in mind. On the hot side it borrows a bit from Belgian Witbier through the use of orange peel and coriander to really push the orange aromatics. The hop selection also reflects this with an angle to push as strong an orange character as possible. Dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo giving strong notes of Naval Orange, tangerine and grapefruit with some soft stone friuit aromatics.
