A massive dry-hop addition of Citra, Idaho 7, and Centennial delivers a saturated profile of ripe pineapple and pithy red grapefruit. While the focus remains firmly on the fruit-forward qualities of Citra and Idaho 7, the inclusion of Centennial provides a complex piney and floral counterpoint that grounds the juiciness.
