Como el verano está en pleno apogeo y las temperaturas se disparan, nos hemos asociado con tres increíbles cervecerías de Florida para hacer 3 sours tropicales que te ayudarán a refrescarte. Nuestros hermanos venezolanos/floridanos Tripping Animals se unieron para esta y está muy inspirada en algunas de las deliciosas pastry sours que hacen. Le hemos echado un montón de arándanos y un toque de grosella negra para darle más profundidad al sabor frutal. La vainilla y el azúcar de la leche complementan la cerveza base, ya de por sí muy cremosa, para crear una sensación de postre. Es dulce, ácida y deliciosa.

As the summer is in full swing and the temperatures are soaring we have teamed up with three incredible Florida breweries to make a 3 tropical sours that will help you cool off. Our Venezuelan/Floridian brothers Tripping Animals got on board for this one and it is very much inspired by some of the delectable pastry sours they knock out. We have thrown a truckload of blueberries at this and a touch of blackcurrant to give a bit more depth to the fruit flavour. Vanilla and milk sugar aid the already very biscuity base beer to create the full dessert feel. This is sweet, sour and delicious.
