Honey DIPA

Como parte de nuestra serie de cervezas que celebran la temporada de cosecha en Cataluña, hemos obtenido un poco de miel de azahar de apicultores locales, Delícia de Mel. Así que elaboramos una DIPA bien suave con Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Centennial y Amarillo Cryo y luego la condimentamos con este gran producto local. La cerveza rebosa notas cítricas de naranja y pomelo y un gran toque tropical de mango. Centennial hace de puente con la miel, ya que ambos ingredientes combinan notas cítricas y florales. La miel también suaviza el cuerpo de esta gran cerveza, creando una sensación en boca agradable y fácil de beber.

As part of our series of beers celebrating the harvest season in Cataluña, we have sourced some amazing orange blossom honey from local apiculturists, Delícia de Mel. So we brewed up a big soft DIPA with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Centennial and Amarillo Cryo and then coniditioned it on this great local product. The beer buzzs with bright citrus notes of orange and grapefruit and a big tropical mango hit. Centennial bridges the gap with the honey with both ingredients melding citrus and floral notes. The honey also smoothens out the body of this big beer creating a luxurious mouthfeel that is just so easy to drink.
